Do you offer team or bulk discounts?

Yes! Bulk orders are available on all sticks we sell. We offer 5% off for orders of 5+ sticks, and custom team pricing for orders of 20+ sticks. Submit your request through our Bulk Orders page and we’ll follow up within 48 hours.

How do custom orders work?

Looking for a specific flex, curve, or stick model not listed in the shop? Use the Bulk Orders form and we’ll let you know what we can source. We’ve helped many teams get hard-to-find specs matched.

Where do you ship from/to?

All sticks ship from our partner warehouse in Ontario, Canada. We offer free shipping on orders of 3 sticks or more. We ship only to Canada and the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders take between 3-4 weeks from time of purchase to delivery. This is due to sourcing, prep, and shipping. If you’re on a tight deadline, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout, so your information is protected with industry-leading security standards.

Can I return a stick if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of final sale gear, all sales are final. We only offer returns or replacements in the rare case of damage during shipping or an incorrect item.

Are your sticks covered by a warranty?

No. Because these are authentic final sale sticks originally built for players (not for retail sale), they are not covered by any manufacturer warranty. This is normal for final sale, and is reflected in our pricing.
