How do pre-orders work?
Every Elite Hockey Stick is part of our Pro Pre-Order system. We no longer sell directly through the site. All sticks are now available via Bulk Orders by request. You submit your request, we source your sticks through our pro-level supplier network, and ship within 20-25 business days.
How do I request a custom or bulk order?
Use our Bulk Orders form with your desired stick specs, quantities, and team needs. We'll respond within 48 hours with availability and pricing.
How many sticks is considered a bulk order?
We currently define Bulk Orders as 10 sticks or more. If you're looking for fewer sticks, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist or connect you with a rep.
Why are you no longer offering direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales?
We learned that our model is best suited to serve teams, programs, and groups. By switching to a Bulk Orders system, we streamline fulfillment, reduce operational overhead, and deliver better pricing, consistency, and service.
Will DTC sales ever return?
Yes! We do plan to reopen our DTC offering in the future once the model is refined and fully scalable. In the meantime, our focus is on delivering elite sticks in bulk.
Why does shipping take longer than Amazon or hockey shops?
Because we're not Amazon, and that's a good thing.
Each stick is sourced to order from exclusive player surplus, team overstock, or verified resellers. These aren’t off-the-shelf sticks. They’re pro-sourced, priced fairly, and worth the wait.
Why is this cheaper than retail?
We run on a lean, pre-order model. We only source what you buy, so we’re not stuck with extra inventory or warranty overhead. That means lower prices and full custom spec selection. No gimmicks, just the gear.
How do custom / bulk orders work?
Use our Bulk Orders form to submit your specs and quantity. Whether you're ordering standard builds or rare specs, we’ll confirm what we can source and quote you within 48 hours
Where do you ship from/to?
All sticks ship from our partner warehouses in Ontario, Canada and Buffalo, New York. We ship only to Canada and the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Expect delivery within 20-25 business days from purchase. This includes sourcing, prep, and shipping. Need something faster? Reach out, we'll do what we can.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout, so your information is protected with industry-leading security standards.
Can I return a stick if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of final sale gear, all sales are final. We only offer returns or replacements in the rare case of damage during shipping or an incorrect item.
Are your sticks covered by a warranty?
No. Because these are authentic final sale sticks originally built for players (not for retail sale), they are not covered by any manufacturer warranty. This is normal for final sale, and is reflected in our pricing.
