How do pre-orders work?
Every EHS stick is part of our Pro Pre-Order system. That means we don’t just sell from shelves, we source your twig on demand through our network of verified pro-level suppliers. Most pre-orders ship within 15-25 business days.
Q: Why does shipping take longer than Amazon or hockey shops?
Because we're not Amazon, and that's a good thing.
Each stick is sourced to order from exclusive player surplus, team overstock, or verified resellers. These aren’t off-the-shelf sticks. They’re pro-sourced, priced fairly, and worth the wait.
Why is this cheaper than retail?
We run on a lean, pre-order model. We only source what you buy, so we’re not stuck with extra inventory or warranty overhead. That means lower prices and full custom spec selection. No gimmicks, just the gear.
Do you offer team or bulk discounts?
Yes! Bulk orders are available on all sticks we sell. We offer 5% off for orders of 5+ sticks, and custom team pricing for orders of 20+ sticks. Submit your request through our Bulk Orders page and we’ll follow up within 48 hours.
How do custom orders work?
Looking for a specific flex, curve, or stick model not listed in the shop? Use the Contact Form below and we’ll let you know what we can source. We’ve helped many teams get hard-to-find specs matched.
Where do you ship from/to?
All sticks ship from our partner warehouses in Ontario, Canada and Buffalo, New York. We offer free shipping on orders of 3 sticks or more. We ship only to Canada and the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Expect delivery within 15-25 business days from purchase. This includes sourcing, prep, and shipping. Need something faster? Reach out - we'll do what we can.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout, so your information is protected with industry-leading security standards.
Can I return a stick if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of final sale gear, all sales are final. We only offer returns or replacements in the rare case of damage during shipping or an incorrect item.
Are your sticks covered by a warranty?
No. Because these are authentic final sale sticks originally built for players (not for retail sale), they are not covered by any manufacturer warranty. This is normal for final sale, and is reflected in our pricing.
